Disclosure of personal data
No personal data will be disclosed to third parties without your express permission. Data shall only be passed on to public bodies, law enforcement authorities and courts where there is a legal requirement to do so. Our employees are also obliged to secrecy and to treat the personal data you provide confidentially. Personal data will only be forwarded for purposes of contract fulfilment to our payment service provider GiroSolution GmbH, Hauptstraße 27, 88699 Frickingen. Through GiroSolution GmbH we have the payment procedures processed needed to complete a contract with our customers. The third-party designation shall not apply to companies affiliated with Taktilesdesign GmbH, nor shall it apply to service providers contractually bound to us for contracted data processing.

Server-Log-Files: Collection, processing and use of personal data
If you are using our website for purely informative purposes, i.e. if you are not registered or sending information to us in any other way, we collect only those personal data that your browser sends to our server. We require these data for technical purposes in order to display our website for you and to ensure the stability and security thereof. These data also enable us to purposefully improve our range of services. The legal basis for this is contained in Art. 6, para. 1, lit. f GDPR (eligible interest).
This includes:

  • URL immediately prior to the visitor’s access to the website
  • IP address and domain from which the site was accessed

Using cookies
We use cookies in order to make our website more attractive and user friendly. The legal basis for this is contained in Art. 6, para. 1, lit. f GDPR. Using webfonts
We use external scripts, i.e. Google Fonts, on our website. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc.. The embedding of such webfonts results from a server request, generally a server of Google Inc. in the U.S.A.. Hereby the information is transferred to the server which of our sites in our website you visited. Also, the IP address of the browser which the device the visitor uses is accumulated by Google Inc.. Website analysis
We use Google Analytics (with de-personalization) for website analysis. Google Analytics is a web analysis service. Web analysis is rising, collecting and reporting of data regarding user behavior on websites. A web analysis service gathers among others data on from which website a person came to another website (so-called “referrer”), which under sites of a website have been accessed or how often and how long an under site has been viewed. A web analysis is predominantly carried out to optimize a website and for cost-use-analysis of internet advertisement.
The statistics obtained enable us to improve our website and make it more interesting for the user. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is contained in Art. 6, para. 1, lit. f GDPR.

For web analysis we use the add on „_gat._anonymizeIp“ via Google Analytics which shortens and makes anonymous the IP address of your internet connection if the access to our website occurs from a member state of the European Union or from another contracting state of the European Economic Area.

Secure socket layer (SSL)
This website uses for security reasons and to secure the transfer of confidential content, e.g. inquiries which you send to us, the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Legal basis for processing
Art. 6 para. 1, lit. a GDPR serves our company as legal basis for processing procedures in which we obtain the express consent for a specific processing purpose. Art. 6 lit. b GDPR is the legal basis if the processing procedures are required to fulfill a contract between you and our company or measures preceding the contract. If our company is subject to a legal duty by which processing personal data is required e.g. to fulfill tax duties, the processing procedures are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR. In rare cases processing personal data could be required to secure vital interests of the affected person or another real person. That would be the case, if e.g. a visitor was hurt in our offices and his name, social security data or other vital information needed to be forwarded to a physician, a clinic or other third parties. In these cases Art. 6 para. 1, lit. d GDPR is the legal basis. Finally processing procedures can be based on Art. 6 para. 1, lit. f GDPR which covers such cases not included by any of the aforementioned if the processing is necessary to ensure eligible interests of our company or a third party, provided your interests, basic rights and basic freedoms do not prevail.

We’d like to inform you that providing personal data is partly regulated by law, e.g. tax regulations, or can be part of contract conditions, e.g. information regarding the co-contractor. For closing a contract it might be necessary that you provide us with personal data which we need to process.
